Terms and Conditions

When registering and downloading the software for use the applicant must agree to the following terms and conditions:

All stories developed utilising the Baxter Marvin Renal Toolkit must be submitted to Baxter for approval prior to use.

Stories to be emailed to: anz_renal_sales_marketing_coordinator@baxter.com

Stories will either be approved ready for the client to use, or amendments will be requested, after which the client is required to resubmit the story for approval.

This approval process is in place to ensure that the messages/stories developed will not give rise to any potential loss, damage or liability for Baxter Healthcare and do not reference any competitors or competitor product.
